We use Terraform as our primary Azure client, but I'd argue most of the problems with Terraform are because of fuck-ups in the underlying Azure API or Azure resource providers. Can't do it through the Azure Portal, Can't do it through Terraform, Docs only give you PowerShell examples, Docs don't explain you WHY you need to do this
